OUR PROCESS
DESIGN
We initiate our process with drawing and design. This usually takes 2-3 working days. We then prepare a 3D sample in 48 hrs.
TOOL MANUFACTURE
Manufacturing of the tool commences our production process and usually takes 12-14 days, the testing of the tool takes no more than 2 working days.
PRODUCTION
A sample is submitted to the client for approval. Once the approval is granted, we begin manufacturing. Our manufacturing capacity allows for 200 000 bottles, 85000 jars & 150 000 closures per day.
DELIVERY
We are rather meticulous in terms of our delivery process. Product is packaged carefully to avoid breakage and damage of any kind. Quantities are weighed and double checked and we make use of only the most secure air and road freight methods.

Established in 2016, Universal Packaging is a Durban based level 1 B-BBEE company.
Universal Packaging offers a wide array of plastic products, ranging from: bottles, closures, preforms and plastic flexibles.

By instituting strict recyling policies on all production lines we ensure no by-product is disposed into the environment.
We aim to contribute 10% of all profit into Research & Development of improving plastic recycling methods and biodegrable plastics.
