We function from a 4000 sqm Production Facility with the output capacity of 200 000 bottles, 85000 jars and 150 000 closures per day.
Our manufacturing process is very much inline with the 4th Industrial Revolution. Our technology and design processes are current and we consistently evolve in order to maintain our relevance and ensure that we remain leaders in our respective industry.
Our machinery and equipment is compliant with international standard, we believe the quality of our machinery and general manufacturing equipment is parallel to the quality of product we produce, hence our unwillingness to comprise.
The staff in our employ are skilled individuals that have detailed understanding of our manufacturing processes and each department works seamlessly and effectively, ensuring efficiency and complete accuracy with every product manufactured.
We have had the priviledge of supplying reputable and established brands in bulk quantity since inception and we boast all the relevant experience and expertise to service any industry that may require plastic packaging
OUR PROCESS
DESIGN
We initiate our process with Bottle Drawing, This usually take 2-3 working days. We then prepare a 3D printed sample in 48 hrs. The drawing of tool takes 4-5 working days and completes our design process
TOOL MANUFACTURE
Manufacturing of tool commences our production process and usually takes 12-14 days, the testing of the tool takes no more than 2 working days.
PRODUCTION
A sample is then submitted to the client for approval. Once the approval is granted, we begin manufacturing and have the capacity of 200 000 bottles, 85000 jars & 150 000 closures per day
DELIVERY
We are rather meticulous in terms of our delivery process. Product is packaged to avoid breakage and damage of any kind. Quantities are weighed and double checked and we make use of only the most secure air and road freight methods.
